God placed Genesis: Merciful New Beginnings on my heart long before it ever had a name. I’ve watched people push through storms, setbacks, and seasons that felt heavier than they could carry — and I’ve also been in those same shoes myself. I know what it feels like to struggle, to wonder how you’ll make it through, and to hope for a hand to help guide you forward.

Not everyone who needs help is broken. Some people just need a path. Some need guidance. Some need community. And all of us — at one point or another — need a reminder that we don’t have to do life alone.

That’s why Genesis exists.
